Your Billing Needs
Our billing department manages the daily functions of its department in providing comprehensive billing to our patients and insurance companies. They help patients, insurance companies, and other support personnel to identify and resolve billing and insurance issues regarding daily transactional items.
If you require any service pertaining to billing, a billing personnel can assist in addressing any questions you may have about your bill.

Pay your Bill/FAQs
You are responsible for paying any amount due in full at the time of your visit.
We accept most private health insurance, cash, check, money order, and debit cards.
Health Insurance Accepted:
AMBETTER PEACHSTATE, AMERIGROUP, AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, GEHA, CARESOURCE, PEACH STATE, TRICARE, WELLCARE. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. Please also note that you will receive a bill for services not covered by your insurance company and you will be responsible for paying for these services.
It is not our policy to offer payment plans. However, if you’re going through financial difficulties and want to arrange a payment plan, contact us at (770) 679-0586, and speak to someone in our Billing or Administrative Department.
You can make a payment at our office, or online through Paypal, Theranest, or WeCouncil. You can also mail a check or money order payable to:

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer financial assistance. However, we do at times offer special reduced rates for our services. In the near future, our Financial Counselors will be available to evaluate the financial status to those who require financial assistance to determine if they are eligible for free services or a reduction in service.
